Smiles For Life

Callander, ON – March 1, 2017 – Local dental patients can have their teeth whitened and help a child in need by visiting local Crown Council office Callander Bay Dental Centre.  Today marks the beginning of the 20th annual Smiles For Life Campaign.

The campaign runs from March 1 until June 30, and 100 percent of the proceeds from teeth whitening procedures done at Callander Bay Dental Centre are contributed directly to Rotary for Kids, North Bay.   Rotary for Kids funding supports North Bay and area children and youth with special needs.

Tooth whitening patients receive 50% off their smile brightening procedure, take home custom whitening kits are only $150 for the duration of the campaign. They can enhance their own smile while also improving the lives of children with special needs.

Callander Bay Dental has been participating in the Crown Council’s Smiles For Life Campaign since 1999 and have raised more than $338,000 for local children’s charities.  Callander Bay Dental hopes to continue this tremendous pace for donations in 2017.
Greg Anderson, director of the Crown Council, explains: “Smiles For Life allows a person to help children in need by doing something that benefits them as well. Callander Bay Dental donates their time and expertise, while Ultradent generously provides all Opalescence whitening products. Patients receive a brighter smile and help children get a brighter future.”

Anyone interested in donating directly without teeth whitening can do so by contacting Callander Bay Dental.  Participants can also refer friends to Callander Bay Dental Centre by linking to the Smiles For Life site, making it easier than ever to give the gift of a new smile to friends and loved ones, while also giving hope to children in need.
